CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS:

Goods purchased within 03 days from the date of re-import by customers (not applicable to LG Pairing Display – SAMSUNG, Consumable Products), when re-entering, the customer will be refunded.

– After 03 days, customers are only allowed to return or change to another item when:
+ For products purchased within 15 days: Defective goods are not caused by the customer, have been corrected by the Company but there is no result or received warranty for a period beyond the regulation of China. Company warranty mind confirmed.
+ For products purchased outside of 15 days, re-import or exchange for another item at a cost and the way agreed with the customer will be decided by the Warranty Center.

– Imported goods must satisfy the following factors:
+ Imported goods must be clean, with original stamps, Serial, warranty card, intact shape, not scratched, deformed, explosion …
+ The goods must still have a full box, instruction manual, installation disc (if any) and accessories.

RETURN OR CHANGE PRICE:

– Goods purchased within 03 days from the date of purchase will be re-imported at the price at the time of return (calculated according to the company’s component quotation). In case the price at the time of re-entry is higher than the price at the time of purchase, the re-import price is based on the price at the time of purchase.

– The price of exchanged goods is also calculated according to the above principles.

– If at the time of re-importing the goods are not available on the market or the price of such item cannot be determined, a reasonable price will be agreed upon, on the same basis, to calculate.

RETURN PROCEDURE

– Customers are required to present the delivery note at the Warehouse and a financial invoice (if any) of the item to be re-imported.

– In case the product has been written a financial invoice by the company, the customer who wants to return the product must return a financial invoice or cancel the invoice according to law provisions.
